Service specifications:

• For documents only (up to 0.5 kg in weight).
• Door-to-door service.
• Service is available 6 days a week, Saturday-Thursday. (Friday pick-up and delivery available in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam).
• Packages must be received by 9:00 AM in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
• Free document packaging available – SMSA Large or Extra Large Pak.
• HAL (hold at location) – Have your shipment held at a retail service center for consignee collection (optional).
